We are honoured to be partnered with the prestigious champagne house Moët & Chandon to bring you a lavish outdoor experience. 

Tempting guests for a unique dining experience on the ground floor terrace of the hotel, our Moët Garden, offers a sophisticated small plates tasting menu from our restaurant Rare, that can be accompanied by a chilled glass of champagne or a cocktail.  

Our chefs create beautifully crafted dishes, seeking out the best of Irish produce, with a passion to delight and share our love of delicious artisanal food, paired with a glass of your favourite Moët.

Rare

Chef Meeran Manzoor draws upon his wealth of global culinary expertise to create a menu that is both innovating and surprising, while maintaining the integrity of the produce.  He marries french cooking techniques with flavours from his hometown in Chennai, India using fresh, local ingredients.  He describes the menu as hyper-seasonal - his commitment to using only local ingredients at their peak of freshness pushes him to constantly update the menu.  No two visits to Rare will be the same!
